PLAYERS Make the Fall Hoops
Fest A HUGE Success!
Our motto here at Arizona Hoops Report is “If you can play…. We’ll find you”!
That’s exactly what we did at the 1st Annual Fall Hoops Fest preseason All-Star All-State games.
As chief editor of this online magazine I took it upon myself to go out and scour various tournaments and leagues throughout the state to make sure that the worthy participants received invitations to this event and it’s obvious that we invited the right participants.
This past Sunday, October 25th , 2009, 80 of the states finest boys high school basketball players (top 20 in each of the following classes), Freshman thru Seniors gathered under one roof,(at beautiful Mesquite HS), to provide a day full of fun and excitement and a glimpse into the coming prep season.
To be sure, ALL expectations were met.
This event was filled with competitiveness and one of a kind match ups, match ups that people have been waiting to see for quite a while now and as chief editor of this online magazine, not only was I pleased that we were able to provide those match ups, I was utterly pleased with the performances of the players as well.
